Most urgent!!! Please try to help !!!!

Dear Friends !
I just now joined this Forum because I don't know what to do.
My system is suddenly taken over by the viruses - one of them is trojan
Desktop is displaying -'WARNING ! YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH SPYWARE'.........'SECURE YOURSELF RIGHT NOW, REMOVE ALL SPYWARE FROM YOUR PC' - I got this threatening message. There's a new program called 'Total Security' running by itself, but Iam not able to uninstall it. I can enter the control panel, but its not allowing meto access the'ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS'. Default browser firefox is not working, so Iam using IExplorer to search for a solution, when I found your useful site, please help me to escape this situation I have never faced before.

I'll appreciate you and feel grateful for helping because this is most urgent

Please helpme on the above subject friends, coz my boss had given me chores to complete in computer when surprisingly this happened, moreover if my boss comes to know about this problem, Iam fired - So please be friendly and reply

I have solved the problem myself by God's grace !

First I was left with only one choice of solving, I mean only the Internet explorer was left without infection of virus, rest of all infected - and the most irritating was the 'Total Security' software- Iam not aware of how it got installed, but if I tried to open any program it pops-up and says that it is infected, no matter howmuch I tried , I was not able to either close this 'Total Security' or open any other program, I have already read some where that its better to use safe mode at tough situations but felt a bit afraid to do that b'coz the first step I tried to get rid of this malwares was that I tried to restart the System after which the infections spreaded to other programs which were previously survived /escaped the infections. But having a hope in GOD, I courageously rebooted in Safe-mode by pressing F8 at the time of Start up of the system. To my surprise here I can freely do anything. When I scanned now, no threats were found. It was then I understood that due to some new installation or fresh changes in registry, some malfunction had occurred, so thought of finding a program to clear the registry unwanted and as a result I got the CCleaner ( download link: http://www.ccleaner.com/download ) I cleared all the unwanted data from the system with some customised exceptions I wanted - Then remembered the System Restoration method, which restores the system to a chosen restore point/date which we can decide, but didn't remebered the procedures so found help on :

and then successfully restored the System to 17th date which I considered to be ahead of any harmful download/installation - now working good, just a lil loss of data of a day's work, but that doesn't stop from being happy:-D
