My Ip Has Been Blacklisted

Hi all, Newb here. One of my laptops started getting chronic captchas popping up on many sites. I emailed the admin on a site that had completely blocked me and was told me my IP was blacklisted, they referred me to The Anti Hacker Alliance site. It is blacklisted for sending spam. The computers coming from this IP are not mine, they are also in a different state. I have 4 laptops at home using the same D-link Dir-655 router. The laptop with the blacklisted IP is showing a different IP address than my other 3 computers. I don't have a clue what is going on or where to begin to remedy the situation, any help appreciated.

 

If anyone else is having these issues it turned out to be the Eshield virus
