Need help removing WOEM_3_2_awoem.tmp

    I am a girl and I have no idea what I am doing with this...someone please help me. I tried going onto symetic and I could not find anything abou this on there. I used what they have for something called worm 32 and it did not do anything.

    PLEASE HELP ME
