Im currently running Iobit Malware fighter, AVG Antivirus (free version), and Advanced System Care 8.0

This morning when I woke up and turned on my computer (turned on the tv, I have my computer hooked up to my tv) There was a blue screen with a lot of text basically saying that something went wrong and that I needed to restart my computer.
    So I did.

I immediately noticed that my computer was running much slower, and when I logged onto the net I noticed that every once in a while it would act like I clicked on another program. For example I would be scrolling down on the FB page and all of a sudden it would just stop scrolling and I would have to click on the page again for it to let me continue.
So then I noticed that my CPU was running at a very high percentage. Normally it is around 17% usage unless I open a program such as photoshop or lightroom, but this morning it is sticking around 85% and Ive even seen it go up to 100% (my mouse barely moves when it does this)

I noticed a new program on my desktop (it wasn't there yesterday) called Vosteran. So I googled it. It says its a virus, but one of those viruses that takes over your web browser. I cant find anything saying it takes over my computer.
So I ran every all my antivirus/malware programs I have, and they turned up nothing. I ran Iobit uninstaller, and I found a program that had vosteran in the title so I unistalled it and did a search. It said it was uninstalled, but it still appeared on my desktop and my computer is still acting up.
So I ran a system restore to two weeks ago. No changes

Finally I just deleted the desktop icon and did a search at the start menu and deleted the vosteran program that way. I knew that wouldn't fix anything but I was desperate.

    Still nothing is working right.

    Any suggestions?

Now my AVG antivirus is starting to pick up something, but every time I run it. It finds one virus it can remove and others it cannot. Every time I run the software it says it has found one virus and removed it, but the number of viruses it has found and cannot remove goes up.
The first time I ran it. It found 1 virus it could remove and 5 it could not. Now it says it has found 1 it can remove and 25 it cannot.

I started my computer in safe mode and ran my antivirus software. Restarted and still having the same issue.

    Any suggestions

    Welcome to MajorGeeks, ksshane

Please follow the instructions in the below link:

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

and then attach the requested logs to your next reply when you finish these instructions.
    • **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.
    • After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!
    Helpful Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes, you could use a flash drive too, but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run RogueKiller, Malwarebytes, HitmanPro and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
    4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
    * Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated - our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
