Need some help please with Malware

It appears I have some malware on the ole computer. Could use some assistance in removing it. I have trend micro and funny thing is...I keep getting these trend micro pop ups stating viruses have been stopped and removed and a start up is required. I restart the computer and my desk top is totally re-arranged. I ran Malware Bytes. It finds "trojan.dropper" and when I click to have it removed a new pop up comes up and says I have to re-start the computer and of course this will not allow the removal of "trojan.dropper" I now know the "trend micro" pop ups are the trojan at work.

Any help would be appreciated. I did run CC cleaner. Thanks

Both screen shots are after running a "full scan" using Malwarebytes, and Trend Micro 2012. Thought this may help in resolving this quicker. Appreciate any help.

I want you to run TDSSKiller so refer to the below for how to do so.

TDSSkiller - How to run

Please also download MBRCheck to your desktop

Double click MBRCheck.exe to run (vista and Win 7 right click and select Run as Administrator)

It will show a Black screen with some information that will contain either the below line if no problem is found:

Done! Press ENTER to exit...

Or you will see more information like below if a problem is found:

Found non-standard or infected MBR.

Enter 'Y' and hit ENTER for more options, or 'N' to exit:

Either way, just choose to exit the program at this point since we want to see only the scan results to begin with.

MBRCheck will create a log named similar to MBRCheck_07.16.10_00.32.33.txt which is random based on date and time.

Now do not stop, please continue on with the below instructions too!
