New Member with BIG Problem

Hey guys, been a bit of a lurker on here but have decided to join as I have a major problem with my computer at work !

I keep getting a "Trojan.Win32.Agent.akk has hacked your browser" message. Ive tried to read other threads on this but to be honest Im pretty clueless and a complete idiot when it comes to this sort of thing. I took someones advise and got a highjackthis log and these are the results:

i have been through all the steps on the run & read me and still no solution. have ran CCleaner, Spyware Doctor, McAfee Virus scan etc lots of times but still nothing.

could anyone possibley shine any light on this for me please ?
