Newbie Need Help Bad!!!!!!

    Hi! I really need help!!! I'm following the read & run me first steps and I'm to the run combofix and trying to shut down Mcafee. (It's the one aol provides free) anyway, I can't find anywhere to shut it down. I'm really, really, having problems with my computer trying to get the malware off. Is there any phone support I can call you at??? Thanks, Leanne

    Just continue on but if you see any popups from McAfee warning you about any malicious activity or anything else when you run ComboFix, just tell McAfee to ignore/allow it.
