No Wallpaper???

Hi!

I was a fool! I went on the internet with no firewall & no virus program & if you think that was stupid I downloaded Kazaa 3.0 & installed it! This was 5 days ago & after following all the tips on the READ THIS FIRST thread, I have now overcome the worst! This site has been a real life line! I have downloaded the 4 progs recommended as well as cwshredder & look2kill & also run the online scans, downloaded Hijack this & I'm now running firefox as a web browser. I am using PC guard firewall & antivirus as this came with my broadband package.

I am still infected, my task manager had been disabled & the button greyed out so I could not see what was running in the background, I managed to fix this manually, but I can't put wallpaper on my desktop anymore it's frozen in display properties & wont let me select anything, the wall paper only shows when I first load up & when I shut down.

Secondly & this is more distressing as my family use my PC, I can be just be surfing web or not even be connected & all of a sudden internet explorer will open up by itself & try & direct me to either www.sex-orgazm.com or www.sex-invisible.com & if it's succesful there are pictures right there on the screen! I have searched for both addresses in my registry to see if I can get rid, but there is no trace!

There are also a few things running in my systray which maybe dubious, but I don't want to shut anything down as i don't know what I need & what my firewall is running.

There is a file in my C:/ drive that I don't think was there before called winstall.exe & every time I delete, when I reboot it comes back!

If any of you have any suggestions that are free as I can't afford to buy a comprehensive antivirus package till next month & I can't just not use my PC till then!

Attached my Hijack log,
There are also other suspect programs that come in my systray that I keep closing down thorugh task manager, these are:

web.exe
sysvcs.exe
efsdfgxg.exe

I fixed my wall paper thing now, that was spysherriff, still having the problem with my browser going to dodgy sites & my system is running REALLY slow

Any help \ suggestions will be greatly appreciated
