Please Help! PC Acting Up - Hijack This Log

I am sure there is some kind of malware and/or spyware in there somewhere. I'll tell you whats been going on with my PC first: First, I can't get to my task manager. Task manager doesn't show up when I hit ctrl alt del. And when I tried searching for it an error message appears that says, "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator." I am the administrator and I haven't done anything. Also, sometimes when I try to move a folder I will get a message telling me I need administrative permission or something like that.

Also, when I am browsing through 'My Computer'. I get error messages that say, "Your computer was infected by trojan Win32.Murlo (unknown variant). It's dangerous for your system (critical files can be lost)!

Click OK to download the antispyware program to clean your system! (Recommended)"

Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
