Please help something taking over my browser combo fix will not run

I have been having problems for at least a couple of weeks now I have followed all directions a couple of times and seems to be better for a couple of days then comes back.

I have been having these problems

1. Blue screen at start up page file in non paged area
2. windows in long process please wait to shut down
3. new instances of ie popping up to random sites
4. I click on a link and something else pops up
5. This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress
and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown
was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
This one has said either
dcom server process launcher terminated
generic host process for 2in32 services terminated
I don't remember the other one something about windows\system32\lsass.exe I think
6. since this cleaning I have tried again and combo fix just stays at a blue start up screen
Here are my log's please review and see if you can help me please

 

I posted my logs in a thread on Sunday it says please look at my logs. Sorry about the re post but I was not sure if anyone seen it since it was posted on the weekend and now combofix is not running when trying to clean again.
