Hey all, my mom just told me she had a pop up warning that she had a virus on her computer, and that she should call 1-855-226-4686 to get it taken care of. Obviously, I don't believe it at all, but it's done already. Apparently they claime McAfee didn't work and they had to fix something. Anyways, I'm seeing a program called Adguard on her desktop. They accessed the computer remotely. I'm running the clean up scans right now, but does anyone have any specifics on what I should do, or should I do nothing?

Simply open task manager and kill the process. I have seen many of popup that says click here and install the extension and once you followed it, it will change whole settings of browser and adds many bugs.
