Problem removing TROJ_FAKENIT.CAR

My computer was running funny , I ran Macafee, Windows Care, CC Cleaner, Super Anti Spyware and it was not finding anything. Then I ran Trend Micro House Call. It found 11 problems, Worm SPBOT.ccc, Worm Bagle etc.. it was able to get rid of 6 of them when it got to TROJ_FAKENIT.CAR the computer froze. I ran House Call again, when it go to TROJ_FAKENIT.CAR again, it got stuck and then I got this error message: Trend Micro HouseCall Error Page

HouseCall Client cannot be executed due to internal errors.
Please contact your system administrator / support to report this problem.
I am not sure what to do. Do I go to the malware section and do that or I found this on the web, however, I am not sure if it is real: http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=TROJ_FAKENIT.CAR&VSect=Sn

This is very complicate and a bit beyond my newbie knowledge, I was wondering if anyone could help.

First Three logs

 

These are all the logs, there appears to still be a problem, I am running HouseCall again and she what is still coming up. Started out with 11 issues. Got rid of 6 with House Call pre malware removal. Got rid of another 4 during removal. Checking to see what is left, pages are still freezing and sometimes when typing the font freezes. I do not want to toggle until I am sure everything is gone. Thanks whoever has a chance to look at this.

 

OK, computer running rough, some freezing, I have run everything on my computer, so I run House Call online, only 1 infection left, Grayware, unknown....it had about 10 variations that house call tried to delete before Housecall stopped and I got the error message:
Trend Micro HouseCall Error Page

House Call Client cannot be executed due to internal errors.

So, not sure what to do now. I guess I should not toggle. I have run everything in malware, McCaffe, Window Defender, Windows Live Care.....

I decided to go ahead and go through the malware removal program. I deleted 4 problems however, there is still one left. I think I added the proper files. I started this around 9 Pm yesterday and now I am at my wits end what to do.
