    found some viruses and malware, but my mouse is still doing the same thing and so is my computer,
    My mouse starts and stops randomly, if i wait a few seconds it starts working again, sometimes i have to unplug it or reboot, but mostly it just starts on its own. Also the computer was running really slow and lagging, its better now, but still having some issues.
    I cannot toggle restore point like the read me told me to do, cuz i dont have the system restore tab when i click on computer properties. I dont know what to do, can anyone help me please? thankyou

    Hi there and welcome to the forums. You did nothing wrong, no. You uploaded all the requested logs etc. We have been very busy and we work threads oldest to newest and I have just worked my way round to answering you. One of our sticky threads explains this policy ( see Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!! ) so in the future it is best to just wait.

    Please be patient whilst I sort out a fix and I will get back to you with a set of instructions as soon as possible.

    Thanks
    Kestrel13!

    1)

    The above could be part of the reason for the slowness. Ideally you could do with a memory upgrade.

    To gain access to system restore go one of two ways: (But do NOT do this until we have completed clean up!)

    • Go to: Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Restore
    • Go to: Start > Run > and type in the following without quotes: "rstrui.exe "

    2) Important Notice: A new version of SUPERAntiSpyware is out that you should install.
    • Please uninstall your current version (this is necessary).
    • Then download this SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Install this new version. It may tell you that you need to reboot to complete the installation. You must reboot at this time.
    • After the reboot, run SUPERAntiSpyware and immediately click the Check for Updates button to get more updates for the database.
    • Now run a new full scan of your system. And attach this first log later.
    • Since this infection has been reappearing after a reboot, you will have to reboot again and then run an additional scan to make sure it comes back clean. Attach this second log too

    3) Did you install WinPcap yourself at some point or do you think it could have been installed by something else that you use such as perhaps "Peer2Peer-EN Toolbar" for instance?

    4) You have a broken/incomplete uninstall of McAfee which has to be fixed.

    Please download the McAfee Consumer Product Removal Tool

    Run this > Reboot your machine > and Run it again to get rid of remnants of McAfee.

    5) Please go to Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the following software:

    • Java(TM) 6 Update 10

    6) Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7DB2D5A0-7241-4E79-B68D-6309F01C5231} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {B164E929-A1B6-4A06-B104-2CD0E90A88FF} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

    After clicking Fix exit HJT.

    7) Now we need to use ComboFix to remove a bunch of malware files.

    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
    • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the below code box into it
    (make sure you scroll all the way down in the code box to get all lines selected ):
    Code:

    KILLALL::

    File::
    C:\WINDOWS\_delis32.ini

    Folder::
    C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.1
    C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.2
    C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.3

    Registry::
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{B164E929-A1B6-4A06-B104-2CD0E90A88FF}]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{7DB2D5A0-7241-4E79-B68D-6309F01C5231}]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentVersion\Run]
    "QuickTime Task"=-

    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe

      http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3014/3035535531_512f04c6a2_o.gif

    • Follow the prompts.
    • When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\combofix.txt
    • I will ask for this log below

    Note:

    Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

    8) Now reboot your machine and install the most current and up to date version of Java available here at the below link:

    Java Runtime 6

    9) Now Run Ccleaner!

    10) Now visit this link and install some Anti Virus from the list to choose from:

    How to Protect yourself from malware

    11) Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Avenger or Combofix

    Let us know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and also let me know how things are running now.

    sorry, I took off for a few days, here you go
    As for question 3
    No I did not install that WinPcap program as far as I know anyways. So it can be deleted I guess as I don't need it.

    1) Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

    Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {53F6FCCD-9E22-4d71-86EA-6E43136192AB} - (no file)
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {925DAB62-F9AC-4221-806A-057BFB1014AA} - (no file)

    After clicking Fix exit HJT.

    2) Now we need to use ComboFix
    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
    • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the below code box into it
    (make sure you scroll all the way down in the code box to get all lines selected ):
    Code:

    KILLALL::

    DirLook::
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\n7-89-o9-3r-4t-r9

    Folder::
    c:\documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Winferno

    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe

    • I will ask for this log below

    Note:

    Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

    3) I see that you have iWin Games (remove only) installed. Did you knowingly install this? Let me know.

    4) Now goto this link Using MGTools and download the new version of MGtools.exe using the black bold print link in the first sentence. Overwrite your previous MGtools.exe file with this one.

    5) Now Run the new MGTools.exe and attach the MGlogs.zip it generates into your next reply as well as the log from Combofix.

    You need to change the "Kids" account to a limited account --> it is a bad idea to allow all users to have admin. privileges. Once malware gets in an admin. account, it has free reign in your system.

    Please use windows explorer to find and delete:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Ellerocks\Y;Y;
    c:\windows\system32\2E55D31E6D.sys

    What issues are you still having?
