random streaming audio adds, google search redirects, and application failure

okay, so i was streaming a video from a site i've used for years, i closed out a pop up add and the video froze, after a few min, i closed the browser all together and then random audio from adds started playing, i figured no big deal, i'll restart. didn't work, plays all the time. so i get malware bytes, symantec, windows defender have them all full scan and malware, and defender both find nothing, symantec finds one cookie, doesn't fix the problem. then i try AML free registry cleaner, and Ccleaner over and over and over nad over again, along with advanced system care, every time all 3 find some stuf, and less and less and less and less, i start running malware bytes with them, it finds, one thing, i download and run super anti spyware, it finds 8 cookies, all my temp files are empty, audio is still playing, applications aren't wanting to run, specifically, second live viewer (official), phoenix and phoenix firestorm (third party viewers) who from the start haven't run and give me error message "failed to initialize properly 0xc0000005"

finally i think to use a restore point, that kicks the audio, no more problems, there, computers faster and everything. i think great, try all 3 viewers, still same error codes, and now when i use google and search, i see google results but when i click on them i'm redirected to random add sites and similar sites withing a qandas.com search engine.

i read and followed your steps for the read and run me first secion, rouge killer, malware, mg tools, and hitman, here they all are, and for the record when i backed it up i backed it up to 2 weeks ago, i got this virus mon jul 16, knew withing 30 min, not sure if the initial problem is still the problem
