Read & Run Me First Logs attached

Hi All

Please find attached read and run me logs, not sure whats going on here, not even sure if its malware thats causing the problem, I have my PC split into two desktops, my own and my wifes, mine seems to be working fine, but my wifes seems to be playing up, my OS is windows XP Pro, her home page keeps defaulting back to msn, no matter what I do it keeps going back, I've even changed the home page, default page and some other page in the registry, but to no avail, if a window appears warning me of something e.g. when I download something, if I tick the tickbox the next time the box appears it is unticked, same with Malware bytes, all boxes remain unticked once I go to another tab then come back to the settings tab, sometimes the program works other times it doesn't, cannot update any anti-virus software, except superanti, cannot switch to classic view in control panel, yet all works fine on my own desktop, same PC, I've ran everthing asked of me on my own desktop, not successful on my wifes, although did manage to run some things, also kept an additional log the first time I ran malwarebytes which whowed up a whole host of stuff, anyway I await your expertise on this matter, thanks.

Not had an answer, so not sure if I've done something wrong here, I followed all the instructions as requested in the read & run and posted the logs. There is a couple of other things I've noticed, a sign in box appears asking for user name and initials when accessing a word document, the time on my wifes desktop has changed about 3 hrs earlier and there is a process running I don't recognise called memeolauncher, any ideas.

Sorry about bumping, no excuse, I work away, just home, absolutely knackered and come back to this problem, as for the logs, I did as I was asked, but had put them in a different folder than the one I had the others in, so thought I had posted all of them, yes both AVG and Avira were running, not sure how to disable them, did not intentionaly run them together and could not, no matter how I tried to uninstall either of them, running Combofix on my wifes desktop did not work, nor did anything work for that matter, could not even update anything on her desktop, anyway as you say, its the rules of the house and as I'm too tired, I've just formatted the whole lot and reinstalled everything from scratch, probably the best thing to do, once again I apologies.
