Realtek hd ,win xp sp3

Hello ,i have an Acer aspire 5315,intel chipset family 965,my OS is Windows XP SP3,i`ve tryed for the last 24 hrs to resolve my problem with my soundcard,the drivers from the manufacturer doesn't work also,i`ve tryed to change in registy to think that my os is SP2 then installed a FIX for HD sound,but that didn't worked also.When i try to install the driver it says :

Install Realtek HD Audio Driver failure!!
Error code :0xE0000227]

Can u please help me because it's driving me nuts,thanks for considerations !
