Redirecting here is my log

Let me start off by saying while I'm going to school to be an engineer, computers are not my thing. I ask that you be patient as I will probably ask really dumb questions in my strive to understand.

So recently in firefox (appears to only be in firefox) on a google search i have been getting redirected. This doesn't happen all the time usually just the first link in a search. So i found the thread about fixing it and got down to the firefox part downloaded and ran Gooredfix and have attached my log to here.

Thank you for the help hopefully i can get this thing figured out, i dont have the money as a broke college student to have someone try to fix it for me

 

I then ran the Tdsskiller scan came out clean.
So then i ran the MBRcheck and also came out clean.

I'm getting confused but i will attach the mbr check to this post as well.

 

I'm not sure what part i don't have. I have already went through that entire thread and followed all the steps.
