Several problems inc:windows defender, avg and trojans

Good evening guys

firstly sorry if this is a double post.

Ok so i have windows vista, i have windows defender, avg and i have currently installed malwarebytes i have done this because it appears my avg isnt working and neither is my windows defender

I dont really download anything, i have a few games from steam or so, but dont download music or go on porn/gambleing or illegal sites(to my knowledge)

i have had my laptop for 4 years. and still have a windows experience index score of 4.8

anyways so i will begin with my problem. I havent ever noticed any problems with my laptop regarding viruses.
Now one day, its been a year or maybe more so i have forgot what has bought it on, i couldnt even guess, i load my laptop up and get an error "Application failed to initialize 0x80070006 The handle is invalid" from windows defender

so i ignore it for a while (stupid i know) but i still have my avg working fine so im not in a rush. I try uninstall windows defender or disable it anyway i cant same windows message comes up again.

Now years later a month or so ago, i get a popup from my security centre saying i have no malware protection and that my avg is turned off, now i know its not turned off im looking at it right now, so i see if any updates(there isnt) and i click turn on on my security window and it still says its turned off oh and i lost my desktop picture too the background just went to blank.
so i download the malbytes malware software and it says i have trojan horse and tracking cookie etc..so i put them in a vault.

Now my computer takes a while to fully load up, i dont have many programs running but it takes about 5-10 mins.

can you please help me with all problems (to sort windows defender, fix my security issues and get rid of trojan/tracking cookies.

If i missed anything out just ask.

Welcome to the Malware Removal Forum.

Please read ALL of this message including the notes before doing anything.

Pleases follow the instructions in the below link:

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

**** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.

After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!

Helpful Notes:

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.

To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:

Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
