somethings eating my programs

I have done steps 1-6 on read me before you post and installed HiJack this and run it. I am attaching panda scan, bdscan and hijack this logs. I have been running zone alarm and avast for a couple months after my AVG stopped working and I ran all these scans (1-6) in May. This last week little things are going wrong, not working right, so I re-ran everything yesterday and today and hope you can help me find out what is wrong. I am not real computer intelligent, but learn a lot from your site. Thanks in advance for any help you might give me. Jan

 

It started last Tuesday when I was working in Quicken. Every time I clicked on a report I was working on to customize it, it would shut quicken 2006 down, but only on one of the accounts. I uninstalled and reinstalled quicken which didn't help and then finally deleted the file I was using and opened a backup and that worked fine. Then I noticed the timer I have used for a year or more (Handy Free Clock) stopped all sounds, but functions otherwise. Then it seems that firefox wouldn't let me shut down just the page that had opened from another page, I had to shut all pages down and start over. And when I click on a link in my email, they do not open now most of the time. That is all I can think of. I will keep notes on what is going on and repost in a couple days.
