Spyware taking Screen Shots of Gmail

Within the past week or so, I have noticed that while I am writing an email "someone", definitely not me, is taking screen shots of my gmail page, as I am typing an email.

I will see a cursor point in a star shape or rifle scope shape (not sure what to call it) appear on the page, then it starts taking screen shots. If I have written a lot "they" will even shrink the text on the page so that all of the email text can be captured. Sometimes the text size will change 3 or 4 times. Sometimes "they" reduce text size to very tiny, so they can fit all of the email I am typing. Pretty gutsy, not subtle stuff going on here.

At various points there is a small blue swirl moving that is visible on the page, where the cursor icon had been, that looks like a "working" or "in progress" icon. I cannot get rid of the cursor or swirl when it is doing this.

I have a friend that just told me yesterday she was getting MAILER-DAEMON's. Also, I received an email from her that looked very suspicious. I didn't open it, but could see it was probably spam, had a link to an address with no subject. I put it in the trash without opening.

My laptop: Lenovo, Win7 Home Premium, Intel Core i7 2nd gen, 6G RAM.

    Thanks, in advance :wave

Welcome to the Malware Removal Forum.

Please read ALL of this message including the notes before doing anything.

Pleases follow the instructions in the below link:

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.

    • After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!
    Helpful Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
    4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

Ok, so I ran One Key Recovery. I still am not confident my laptop is safe.

I ran OKR and disabled some services, via services.msc. I then went to the defrag tool and saw this strange file, located under "Disk: C and D. I don't recall seeing this type of file, under C and D on any computer I have had. Isn't it supposed to be F or nothing?

I attached a screen shot of what I found suspicious. I found it in the registry, as you can see in the screenshot.

Also find this registry key suspicious: C:\Program Files\Intel\bin\iWrap.exe /CMD:7 %1

    Thanks

Can you not just follow what I asked you to do above and attach all of the logs I DID request? :) Thanks.
