Still FUBARed thx to malware....:(

Ok. i was asked to look into a virus problem at my moms work. Someone had clicked something or downloaded something they shouldnt of and gave the computer viruses/malware, starting with a fake anit-virus saying theyve been hacked, so as i usually do i came to ur forums for help, as in the words of Aerosmiths Steven Tyler, "What you have done, so has somebody else" and found your thread http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=139681
Everything seemed to go fine untill i got to the combofix step, it just wouldnt run, even after i disabled avg and then uninstalled it and restarted it, it still would not run, so i skipped that step and ran the root repeal and then mgtools, which froze, now im getting all kinds of errors when trying to run system restore and whatnot, cant even get online.l...*sigh* any help?

 

restarted...now i cant even get it to load at all.....lol....black blank screen, pardon me while i bang my head against the wall...
