I have read some of the other posts, but I can't quite find what I am looking for. It seems that System Security has installed itself and of course keeps popping up to tell me my machine is infected and wants me to click on it. I am not clicking on it, but the problem is that I can not open any files on my computer. I have downloaded the recommendations, SAS, etc... but when I start to follow the procedures to run the programs nothing happens. For example, I double click on SAS.exe and nothing happens. It is the same for any file on my computer. Is there something I can do to run a scan and at least remove something so that I can continue? I can't run my anti-virus software either or open just a plain excel file. Please help.

What happens with ComboFix and the MGTools? Have you tried them in safe mode? Did you follow these procedures:
Have you tried an online scan:
    Using BitDefender Online Scan.

Did you try renaming the programs. Or changing MGTools.exe to MGTools.com?
