the best malware ive ever seen HELP

well I have tried all I can. I only got done with my A+ hardware so I know a bit about computers but I am stumped at this point totally ill be able to give more details tommorw but as of right now i am locked out of regedit, taskmanger, all my icons, only for strart-shutdown and my computer which i can get into some of the folders, i cant get to turn off the restore even in safe mode safe mode has no effect i can open control panel but can open any of the options, i had avg free when i first got infected that went crazy so i looked into macphee (which was offered threw my college)i was able to download that right before i got locked out of everything, cant run either now, the only thing i can do is run House Call which finds a dailer but cant givce me info about it and cant remove it. I cant download anything such as plugins for online scans and cant download any thing for that matter, i cant run my Hijack This, and the administror accounts that i can get into dont have any effect. ill get much more technical details tommorw, it wont let me install my old network card i use wireless now but i just dug up my old crossover cable to dump my 12gigs of media on my laptop well dont know wht else to do the registrey is f cked and cant get into it help ----- contact therealfoolishkid@hotmail.com aim howcoulduhateme xp pro ser pac1

 

here i some more info when i click on anything on my desktop besides my computer or internet i get "windows cannot find C:\documents and settings \aarpm \desktop\hijackthis\hijackthis.exe. make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again to seach for a file click start button and then click search or if to open regedit i get windows cannot find regedit make sure you typed the name correctyle and then try again to serch for afile click the start button and then seach or the alt cnt del i get the task manger has been disabled by your administrator ill be adding more as i skrew with more today
