Uknown trojan/spyware - NEED HELP!

    The title of the pop up is “Critical System Error!”

    Anytime I open up an Internet Explorer page, that message pops up on the screen. I don't know what to do.

    I'm just a college student and this infected my laptop...I tried Ad-Aware 2007 and it detected nothing. Norton didnt' find anything. I don't know what to do! Please help!

    - Scared for her computer's life.
