It may be too late for you to be able to clean this system. Read this:
However, if you want to try, then you need to start running this scan back to back. Do it three times, one after the other and post each log in your next reply.

    eSet Online Scan.

You have run the scan multiple times and it continues to find infected files and many or the files are necessary for programs on your PC and for Windows to run properly. As TimW noted earlier, Ramnit infections normally require a clean reinstall and let me state a few more facts.

Ramnet infections are very bad since they can infected many system files and other files you use. And detecting/removing all of the can be very difficult to impossible. In addition, trying to remove all of them can make a PC and applications you run become very unreliable. Also Ramnit can open backdoors which can completely compromise your security. Thus not removing is very dangerous to your security and also can still cause many problems in running the PC properly. The proper course of action with Ramnit infections is to format and reinstall so that you can be sure of the reliability of your PC.

Inline with what I'm mentioning about security issues, I advise you to go to a known clean computer and change ALL passwords every type of account you have( do not use this infected PC to do this ).

You need the copy that came with your PC to make sure you get all drivers required for all of your hardware. Also you will need your Windows Activation License Key.

Perhaps but they will still need your Windows license key and they will have to locate all the drivers required for your PC. They may be able to get them from the manufacturers website.

Well there in lies the problem with Ramnit. It can infect many many files. Mostly executable types which could include DLL and SYS files ( drivers ). You should however backup all personal data you need and before you ever restore said personal data to a reinstalled ( or even another PC ) make sure that you fully scan it with ESET or similar other scanners to make sure it is clean.

If it is a relatively new model PC, you should not have too much of a problem locating the drivers for it from the manufacturer. You do need to get you license key before formatting though unless you have a license key sticker stuck to the bottom of the laptop.
