Where do i go?

Please read this Dont bump it only hurts you, sadly as malware is so widespread these days, specialist help that is FREE like on Majorgeeks is hard to come by and more so to the standard of expertise that the malware experts on majorgeeks have, so please do bare with us as we know malware is a PITA and will get to every post in turn.

If you have not followed the Read and Run me guide then do so and attach the logs in your earlier thread as new ones will only lengthen the time to assist you and logs are what will be asked for, although if on a Macbook we dont have a guide for that so hand fire and wait for a responce in your other thread, do not add another post to it or it will bump it.

Everyone here works freely in own spare time and can only get to as many posts as humanly possible when not doing real life things, so please just be patient as many other malware removal forums are in same boat as here in not enough techs expert in malware removals to deal with number of infected, but we do get to 100% of users.

We do not do malware removal on Mac's. I suggest you find a forum that deals with virus removal for Mac's.

 

I am actually working on threads on page 5. So you need to understand there is a lag time. Sometime it can be as much as 3 days. We get swamped and have few resources to use. But we will answer all threads.
