Win10 Phone Dialer

    I have an Android Tablet and I have Hangouts Dialer.
    I can use it to place Phone calls over the WiFi.

    Now I got Win10 2. in one Tablet so when I am in LapTop Mode I open the Bilt in Phone Dialer.
    But if I try to Place a call it tells me I have to go into Control Pannle and set up a MODEM.

    So it will not work over the WiFi like my Hangouts Dialer on my Other Tablet.

    Is the a Phone Dialer in the MS Store for Win10 that will let me Place calls over my WiFi??

    You can use Hangouts to call over Wifi on Windows, but there is no Hangouts app like with Android. Here's how:
