Win10 Phone

I have Win10 and I open thbe Phone Program.
And it asks me for my Area Code so I enter it.

Then it asks for if I have any Number I use to Dial Out.
I do not so I leave it blank.

I click Next and the screen that opens ask for the Contrey I leave it on USA.

Now I try to click Next and a screen asks me to Enter a Name or place or something like his.

Can you just tell me how to just place a phone call?
It does not seam to work for me.

It's like setting up a computer...just follow the prompts to get it ready and then you will be able to make calls.

You can only call people on your Skype list.
