Windows 7 W/ 10 Installed; Wierd/useless Yahoo Home Page Address

This started about a week ago. When I open Yahoo, the following home page address appears 'https://us.s/'. Don't know how it happened. I can replace it with the actual Yahoo address and get connected but when I shut down and restart the computer it's back even after entering the desired address in the Internet Options area.

How can I get rid of 'https://us.s/' permanently?
