hi guys im on my mums laptop and she is getting a load of errors on the bottem

"windows has detected spyware infection!

Thing is since then i aint been able to log into windows normaly i must log in through in safe mode but its there also ... im not sure what to do ... ive tried Adware.

It askes me to have systemdefender .... i duno wtf going on it sits in the navbar and keeps poping up messages.. oh btw my IE/Firefox doesnt open either ... i must go into safemode to check it .. can anybody help me ?
