EMERGENCY Re: XP: Can't boot into safemode - HELP PLEASE!! COMPUTER COMPLETELY DOWN

    Can someone PLEASE HELP ME??!

OK I know this doesn't help because of bumping policy and I realized after I had made 6 posts that the bump policy would put it further but it is and emergency - PLEASE HELP! My computer is completely down now and will not boot into windows at all- whether to safe mode or regular boot - it suddenly shut down on its own yesterday and then it keeps restarting after a quick flash of a blue screen with yellow text - too quick to read what is on the screen.

Can someone please take a look at my logs and advise what I need to do?

This is a work computer and I am completely out of business without it working!

    Thank You in advance

    Welcome to Major Geeks!
Yes but then you should have stop after the 6th one. Adding two more posts only bumped you further back again per this sticky:Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!

If you keep adding posts, you could potentially never get an answer.

According to the logs you have attached, it looks like Malwarebytes removed two infections. Nothing else shows any real problems.

Unless you can boot your PC, there is not much we can do other than recommend the below:

I did state the OS in the subject line originally.

I thought about trying to do a repair using one or some of the files you suggested, but then thought about the fact that the whole thing had been taken over and the DNS rerouting so....

I ended up wiping and reinstalling everything - I did recover my files I wanted to keep first by installing xp into a windows2 directory and moving them to and external drive for permanent storage.

    Thanks for you help anyway..
