Dell Vostro 1500 major infection

    well to start i downloaded windows live 1 care full free trial it wouldent install keept bein blocked eventually deleated user acc and made a new on *windows acc.. erm like when you start up and click who youare* anywase this is a labtop i just bought off some1. and it was infected like hell got 1care installed and it found 13 right off the bat on frist scan restarted and cleaned all. but the pc still runs slow and evrything is cleaned well hooked back up my internet and boom pop up after pop up like a bunch of pages when i serch it takes me to other crap and my cpu gos from 1.4ghz to 7.55mhz from start up on so something is useing a bit.. also now when i run 1car compleat scan it will either Stop in middle of scan some where around 70% and just turn off 1 care is not on scan is not there just like instantly and whne you start it agin it will say unable to start please restart. or it will compleat scan and say trojan *something* found and then do that shut off when you press clean.. or sometimes it just wont start up at all after reboot uninstalled and reinstalled still same thing. and i also keep geting evry so offtin a antivirus program windows virus pro it sez it will just start up and scan out of no where and be like 200 infections found! press here to clean now. even when im not online. and like that program is not in add or remove or in start allprograms or anything.. also this pc has something called bearshare no idea what it is but its annoying on its icons and will not uninstall .. like at all. it just freezes and then comes back to nothing. :/ also when i try to format the HDD or use OS restore from a cd it will pop up with a blue screen and say error but works on my other pc's.. this is a labtop btw.. i did Hijact this and got a log. no idea what is sez how do i post the log exactly like copy past or upload the notepad?

    To help us properly help you, please write clear messages with proper puntuation and capitalization. And do not run on into very long run on sentences and paragraphs. Try to make your messages easier for us to read and follow to save us and you time.


    Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First. If TDSSserv is not found, just continue on with the READ & RUN ME.

    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

    • After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!
    Helpful Notes:
    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
    4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
    Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
