help plz win32.zafa.b melware trojan virus

I can't g to document and settings and account file folder. And I can't go to programs. I think the only important area I can go is to windows folder and that's it. It keeps saying Access denied. I can only use the internet on other accounts. I Can't install the ant-melware program when I do it says error
If I try to even with fire fox on the regular I can but I wont find any searches orresults when I search on google and stuff and websites look messed up with lots of links missing.

and this is not my cpu this is my dads. All I did was log on to my myspace go on imeem.com and localhookupz.com and he thinks it was me and I didn't even get any new mail. so I dknow it wasn't me and I only opened one mail which is just plain text no links and I opened it before on my cpu and nothing bad ever happened. before I got here There was music being downloaded on frostwire Am downloading the music or he got wormed in email and he still thinks it was me because before I did mess up his cpu downloading stuff but this I didnt even download nothing . I didnt even download anything. Can you help plz. This is really tough something I never encountered ever. Even safe mode i can't do much just go to windows folder and use Hijack this but ireally don't know what is what on his cpu and he got lots of junk. and he is always getting spam mail and con artists emailing him I have a feeling he maybe got wormed by mail or the music. I got avast firewall install that was the only thing left would install right. and it did a virus scan when it rebooted but I didnt see the whole scan I know it picked up a virus early on and it got deleted. because itw as late at night andhe went to sleep so i don't even know if he left it on till hewoke up in the morning

If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Helpful Notes:

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

To avoid addtional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advise that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!. Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
