I need help

ok so my computer got infected with something this weekend...i was installing some programs such revo uninstaller and cleaning up my computer i tried to patch my tcp ports to allow for faster torrent downloads and i think this might have been what cause my problem even after i restored my original settings now my comp has disable all of my administrative abilities on all profiles even the safe mode administrator profile. i tried using house call avg 8.0 and this link http://forums.majorgeeks.comshowthread.php?t=139313
to try to solve it i was only able to install spybot and malwares anti malware and they ran and removed some stuff but that didnt really help to much...spybot needed to restart to remove a file but after the restart it wouldnt open again..the only program i can open now is mozilla from the start menu i cant right click on my computer or run any of my programs...i was only able to install spybot and antimalware through flashgot on mozilla to download the file and launch it through there but combofix and the others wouldnt work that way i cant open the logs either from before and im using another computer to post this any help you can give me would be appreciated

Helpful Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in Safe Mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
3. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
   • Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!
4. Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
