Need help badly!!!

Something has infected my laptop pc and i cannot get it out. First off it wont let me install certain programs like mbam, sas, combofix. Then programs i was able to rename and get installed like spybot wont open once installed. Ive ran spyware doctor and its not getting it out and ive also run ad-aware. I've also cleaned the registry and that did nothing (i didnt expect it to im desperate). Also, when i search in google im being redirected to different sites. When i go to nfl.com, onlinecasino555 pops up too.....

p.s. i have a desktop that i believe i defragmeted too much and now when i boot up i get ntldr is missing. i also made a boot cd with bcupdate2 on it but the commands i was given dont seem to be working... I know ive got abig mess here and its driving me crazy any help is very appreciated!! Thanks

defraguing will have nothing to do with a missing ntldr issue. is bc2udate2 on the boot CCd you made? Also are you sure you are booting from that cd and not the drive by accident.

If those are correct, the command is:

Bcupdate2.exe C: /F

that should fix that issue, whach may begin to help with the rest.

Still not working...

I'm pretty sure it boots from the cd however this is the first time i've ever made a boot cd but i think i did it right. Anyway, once it boots with the cd in the drive it says a whoe bunch of stuff leading up to a command prompt.

And thats where i type in Bcupdate2.exe C: /F and it says
"command or filename not recognized"

Please only post problems for one PC in a thread and in this forum only discuss malware.
For you infected PC, please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!

Helpful Notes:

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:

Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
