Never though i would post for help on a virus, but.....

I am fairly experienced with computers and repairing them, making them, etc. But i have recently got this killer virus on a computer of my parents. There was no anti virus on it(i know they were asking for it) but i need help. This virus is very impressive, ill list what it will do.

The Virus:
1) immediately kills anti virus tasks(in safe mode and in normal boot)
2) will not allow you to install any antivirus(will close out of it immediately)
3) will shut down the browser when typing in any keywords that may pertain to removing the virus (avast, avg, zonealarm, kaspersky, etc....)
4) placed a anti virus program on the computer that want's you to pay to fix your computer, Claiming there are 300 worms (the program is obviousally part of the virus or another virus)
5) Most annoying has keyloggers in it (my mom does banking, and private buisness on it so this isn't a good thing, her security is at risk)

Thing i have tried:
1) installing countless types of antivirus ( you name it, i probally tried it)
2) running in safe mode and installing antivirus
3) Messed around in msconfig, but it takes a long time and i have a funny feeling the virus is not allowing me to stop it
4) checked the task manager for any strange looking programs running (found nothing)
5) running avast bootable antivirus (this worked but has outdated definitions from 2 years ago, but it still found 2 viruses, but gave me no method in which to delete it with, it just told me where the fills where. In addition i think it did not find the really bad virus)

What i can't do:
1) reinstall windows (my mom has tons of legals, i don't feel like backing up my computer to disks)

So anyway any form of help would be useful. If you could somehow help me to stop this virus from closing my antivirus installs and executions, i could take it from there.

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Helpful Notes:

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:

Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
