Stuck on Win xp Cleaning Fix Plaese help!!!

i ran the read and run me now i need help with the win xp cleaning procedure
ok here goes,
i ran all the read and run me steps. getting stuck on the windows xp cleanup procedure. ran superantispyware check and log(please note i can not attach log b/c my internet is not working on the computer i am trying to fix. I am typing to you on a borrowed computer(so sad). Anyway i got 5 :cryrogue.component trace prolems and 1 browser hijack.favs. ok so sas worked. Now Spybot-will not run do to no internet connection-program tells me i must check for updates before running.Ok so now i ran Anti-malware-shows no (0) problems(pleae note computer is very messed up)Ok so i tried combofix.Combofix will not run. Looks like its running, loads then shuts down(please note this is happening to alot of my programs right now do to this virus/malware/whoknowswhat problem) please advise what to do. ie should i do mgtools? etc.

You need to stay in one thread. Starting new threads ( you now have 3 of them and the others will be deleted) will not get you an answer any sooner. Read this: Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!

You need to copy logs to the other computer and attach them here. Without logs we cannot properly diagnose your problem. Also you did not explain in detail what your problem is with connecting to the internet. Are you sure that you just don't have the connection properties setup wrong? Like trying to use a proxy when you don't use one. Try using the additional info in the below to see if you can get any further.

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!

Helpful Notes:

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:

Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
