This AGAIN?! (Very Descriptive) I need some help.

    Everywhere says to be very descriptive about the computer's problems, so here it goes.

    I've been having computer problems for a few monthes now, off and on. I couldn't tell you since when though. I've posted in a MalwareBytes forum before but they didn't resolve the problem. They gave me a program called MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, but it hasn't been helping.
    My Norton is expired, and I don't have money to pay for the full program.

    I believe whatever put the malware or virus on my computer was something called "Registry Mechanic". I tried to remove it before but fragments still remain because I keep getting this pop-up that says exactly this:
    Messages File "C:\Program Files (x86)\Registry Mechanic\unins000.msg" is missing. Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program.
    In the MalwareBytes forum, someone who was helping me told me to download Revo Uninstaller and it couldn't remove the Registry Mechanic. It kept saying the same pop-up thing.

    I've had to do the System Restore a few times. Two or three times when I've logged on it would just show a black screen and the Start button, no icons or background. I think my dad also said that it was making you type the full program names in the bar to even open them. It hasn't done this in a bit though.

    Problems:
    *Slow-running computer & start-up
    *Redirecting (When I type in an address at the top, and google redirects.)
    *Not loading, or loading forever
    *Slow internet
    *Internet disconnection and errors
    *Black screen described
    *2 unremovable Bots detected (I don't know if this is relevant)
    *Registry Mechanic pop-up and other pop-ups online

    ^ All of these problems are OFF and ON. Right now the internet will randomly stop working. I've typed all of this last night and then when I clicked Submit New Thread the page didn't load, so I lost all these paragraphs. That was rather irritating.

    I'm also having google redirection problems.

    I've successfully removed Registry Mechanic before by re-downloading it and trying to uninstall it by itself but that's when it did the black screen thing and I had to do the System Restore again.

    Also, I have MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and HiJackThis if you'd like the logs.
    I have TrendMicro's RUBotted, HiJackThis, and Housecall. RUBotted says I have 2 Unremovable Bots, as stated in the Problems. I don't know if there's anything you guys can do for me with Bots but if there is, I'd like help please.

    My laptop is a Toshiba 64-bit.


    That's about it. I hope I was descriptive enough and I hope you guys can successfully help me out and get this malware or virus off of here.

    Then continue on with the below.

    Please read ALL of this message including the notes before doing anything.

    Pleases follow the instructions in the below link:

    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide


    and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.

    • After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!
    Helpful Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this other user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
    4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
    Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
