I've tried to follow instructions for other people you gave but I really don't know enough about computers to remove it. Allready asked some "computer guys" here but they can't fix this, I live in a student dorm, we have LAN and we're all here infected but no one can fix it, if you help me I'll try to proceed informations to as many students here I can
Before it was enough to scan and remove DNSChanger with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but now my log say's that it's removed and quarantined although whenever my computer reboots as requested by Malwarebytes DNSChanger is still there and is changing my DNS server to 85.255.112.36 and 85.255.112.41. I have licenced NOD32 2.7 on my computer but it doesnt have a firewall so I've tried some firewalls (comodo, outpost) but don't know enough about using them so didn't help and have uninstall them, now I just have windows firewall. I've removed from add/remove programs what I've found as malware software, HijackThis doesnt show these servers on it's log and I do not dare to fix anything cause I don't know what other problems could I cause. Malwarebytes log says that infection is only on Registery data item. I hope you'll help cause I really need internet and now I write this only cause our supervisor gave us alternative server number to use in emergencies. Greetings from Croatia.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    • If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.
    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    Helpful Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
    3. To avoid addtional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advise that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!. Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

first of all, thank you for wanting to help me!
    1. there was not TDSSserv
    2. had no malware programs installed (although I've already few days ago uninstalled AskToolbar), and Java is taken care of
    3. have followed the steps and with SuperAntispyware, Spybot and Malwarebytes was no problems, but
    - I can't install Combofix cause of the troubles with NOD32 interfaceing although I disabled NOD32 it still runs when reboot, also Combofix starts normally and then when it's shown "scanning" it stops and reboots my computer (laptop, actually if it matters) itself, window that says that there is a problem with NOD shows and I had to terminate program
    - Also could not use MGtools cause NOD says that's infected and it doesnt allow me to install it:
    danger: C:\MGtools\Process.exe Win32/PrcView application
I know that it probably isn't infected but didn't dare to install it cause usually do that when don't understand something (don't laugh if I'm beeing silly :confused)
    4. have disabled and then enabled system restore
Now it seems that my computer is clean but somehow I think that it'll be back as always..rolleyes
I'll attach logs that I have now
Thank you and hope for another answer, relly want to sort this out once for all :wave

Then you need to uninstall Nod until we can see the logs and make sure you are clean. Otherwise there is no way for us to know what is going on in your system.

ok, I'll do that and get back in a few days, just wanna ask if it's ok to install MGtools cause Nod was warning me about it?

p.s. it's back again today, yesterday was fine but today I had to change server number to connect to the internet, also after a while it hijacks the other server number even though I always switch to obtain before shutting down computer
thank you again for the effort
    :wave
